With baseball participation and engagement at alarmingly low rates in Plymouth, the mission of the J&M Baseball Academy is to create a welcoming program for baseball’s current and future baseball stars.  Through conventional coaching from former professionals/collegiate stars mixed with our innovative technology, we provide players with a place to take the next step in their baseball development.  Since 2020, the entire team at J&M has empowered all of our players to take control of their careers and make decisions with a balanced hands-on and off approach.
